If you select the maternity deductible option, this optional maternity benefit pays 100% of covered services after you meet your selected maternity-specific deductible for a pregnancy that begins after the waiting period, if applicable.

With all the deductible options, you get access to network discounts that provide significant savings on doctor and hospital bills.

The maternity deductible does not apply to the plan deductible.
Coverage for Complications of Pregnancy as defined in the contract is part of your base plan, and is subject to the plan deductible and coinsurance unless otherwise noted.
